Cancellation

You may request cancellation before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation may not be possible; contact us immediately.

Returns

Defective or damaged items must be reported within 7 days of delivery with photos and order details. Manufacturing faults are covered under our product warranty terms shared at purchase.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after we receive and inspect returned goods (where return is applicable).

Non-returnable

Items damaged by misuse, unauthorised modification, or incorrect installation may not qualify for return.
